2009 MTV Video Music Awards Shoe Trends. From Katy Perry, to Cassie, Beyonce, and Keri Hilson these ladies had the hottest footwear for the night. Beyonce may have worn simple black platforms but they went flawlessly with her red dress. While Cassie on the other and had some wild blue heels that added some spice to her overally look and Ms. Katy wore heels that sparkled in the light.
