The verdict..talk about fierceness for Payless. The colors of the shoes range from a soft spring palette of blues, tans, burgandies and ivories, and do you see the heel on those shoes. Now of course this is the runway version and like we saw for the fall collection the real Payless versions will be much more wearable, but for now take a look at what was seen on the runway.
