Christian Siriano Shoe Collection At Payless for Fall 2009. Christian Siriano who is a fierce fashion designer and the winner of Project Runway bring us fabulous shoes. For months now we've known about him bringing his collection to payless which I'm super excited since its coming out in the fall. Along with shoes Christian will also be designing handbags as well. How will the shoes look... well during spring fashion week Christian revealed the collection and its super fab filled with chic sky scraping heels and fashionable shoes. The heels will range from prices of just $25 to $45, and I'm definitely going to pick up a pair or two. You can see a sneak peak from the runway below.
